Changed email, private messages decreased to 50
 

So whats going on. Switched from shaw to telus and had to chg my email address. Now I am over limit in private messaging. I have been decreased to 50 from 100.

Changing the email address also changed the inbox limit??? That's, um ... weird. :neutral:

you should still be at 100, are you sure there isn't a second page to it (just checking). also did you get any kind of email activation as sometimes after changing an email address you're required to make sure its something you requested.

Yes there was an email activation. After I did that and now hours later when I check, I am again at 100.
