i have a t5 retro fit kit for 239 watt high output t5 lights in need a balsset to operate both plese pm me if you can help with this.

Do you mean 2x39W T5HO? If so, then you could get a workhorse ballast from online, like J&L or somewhere or even a hardware store. Just make sure they're rated to run F39T5 lamps. An Ice Cap ballast is another more expensive option.
