Whats better?
Im looking at buying a phosban reactor http://www.jlaquatics.com/product/tf...actor+150.html or a Vertex Universal Media Reactor http://www.jlaquatics.com/product/vt...r+(UF-15).html
Not sure which ones better or if they do the same thing would be great to get some input on them if anyones used them or know's a bought them. Its going to be in stalled on my new 85 gallon tank. Thanks! Daniel |
BRS dual reactor rocks. Carbon one side and GFO the other.

I read a bunch of there comments and everyone seems to like them i think i might go with 2 singles instead of the duel just because in there video it says that in the carbon side of the duel get clogged and u have to keep an eye on the GFO because it may stop tumbling. But definitely be buying from them Thanks Daniel Quote:
would love to get in on one! |

Get the Dual - its cheaper than buying two separately. When it arrives, just re-plumb the unit - you can get the fitting at home depot :) All you need to do is disconnect the line between the two unit and make and output for the carbon and new intake for the GFO. you might even be able to order the fittings right from BRS :) send them an email and see what they say. Their customer service is one of the best in the business. |
You could look at these too, suppose to be really good value, here in canada, and a fun little project.
