Wanted: someone with a Workhorse 7 ballast over their tank to help me test mine
 

I have this Workhorse 7 ballast that I'm not sure is alive or not. I don't have lamps I can test with and I'm not sure that it makes sense to buy 4 new lamps only to find out my ballast is dead. I'm hoping someone who uses this ballast over their tank would consent to swapping out their ballast for mine for a few minutes to see if the ballast is still alive? Please and thank you?

ive got 2 sitting here not being used, im a procrastinator? and havent got to building my next tank yet. Worst case if you cant find someone local...........
