PC attincs vs NO attinics

I heard that NO O3 attinics produce a better (more distinct) glow to your corals than PC attinics? Is this true? I heard that the PC attinics are better than the old 7100K attinic PC, but there is no comparison to NO O3 attinics. I also heard that there is a new PC attinic bulb that is just as good as the NO attinics, but I can't find any info on them. Has anybody heard of them?

Assuming that NO O3 bulbs make your corals glow better, how much difference will there be (in terms of the health of the corals)will 2 4FT T8 attinics O3 overdriven with a Workhorse 7 compared to 2 96W PC attinic (ultra attinic by custom sea life.) - Victor, could you please input about the overdriving part.
