Help ID Pistol shrimp
 

Hi i need as much info on this little critter as posible.
It is not my pic but min looks exactly like it.
Rock dwelling alpheids that is all i know about him.
Luckily his home is on the side of rock and since i discovered him, have been just waching him at night.
No iconic pistol shrimp sounds :biggrin: but i see him every day.

or a banded pistol shrimp i think. Pretty sure their not reef safe once they get to a decent size. If you catch him, dont flush him. People will pay money for things like this.
