how to set up a hospital tank ?
 

my clown trigger srached his eye witch in turn got infected water peramiters are all good but he is getting picked on and it doesnt seem to be geting better its fowlr but not to keen on the idea of medicating the whole tank i have a 20 gallon do i just set it up with a bubbler and a few peaces of live rock with a pwerhead and a heater and just keeep swaping out water from my main tank every day ?

I would make new water for water changes not the water from your display.
