Thanks for the link. After reading that it seems the tuxedo urchin is the one to get. Has anyone had one in a 30 gal tank. Article mentions they like coralline algae. My concern is does my tank have enough coralline. I could switch him back and forth between the tanks. Or would that be too much stress. The water parameters are basically the same in both tanks. Ummm.
Any comments appreciated.

How big do these tuxedo urchins get.

I don't think tuxedo urchins feed only on corraline. They'll eat other forms of algae as well. My tuxedos don't completely eat corraline, but just kinda scrape at it as they pass on by.

I moved Lurch from tank to tank all the time. He was bigger than a golf ball but smaller than a tennis ball - what kind of ball would that be??

I had him about three years and then one day just recently, he just stopped packing stuff around and died. I have replaced him with a much smaller Lurch jr.
