Help catching a Flame Angel
Surprise, surprise, my flame angel is eating my corals. He's gotta go. Any tips on catching fish without ripping the whole tank apart?
|
ummm maybe setup a trap, thats for fish, not the shrimp ones! or you can take shrimp (or whatever it eats) and put it on a fish stick that you might have, and then put it in the tank and just move it around, and when it comes too eat the food catch with the net! srry i dont know this is how some people catch there fish, i had an angel and it got ick, so I wouldn't know how to catch it lol

see doo
Ask doo to take a pic of his trap then make one he has excellent ideas

I tried everything suggested to me on here and finally broke down and tore the reef apart. They are not easy to catch that's for sure!

I have found that catching fish in the dark is usually easiest for me anyway...lights off for an hour or two and then go into the tank with a small dim led flashlight find the fish you want to take out and then net them. I generally try not light up the tank or keep the flashlight pointed in the tank to long just enough to see where the fish is and to see where the net is. Don't know if this will help or not...just what I have found to be easiest.
