Vacation to BC
Hey all,
Heading to BC next week for a little get away. I'm thinking about checking out some of the LFS while out there, does anyone have any suggestions on places to stop? I don't know much about BC so I thought I'd ask for some advise. I'll mainly be in the Van-city area. Thanks. |
Take a hunt through the supporting vendors list, and see which ones are close to the area you will be visiting. Pretty much all the supporting vendors are worth checking out. It also depends what you are interested in seeing...corals, fish, impressive floor space, etc.

Check out Paul's Aquatics in Surry address is:
8-7533 135 Street, Surrey, BC V3W 0N6 604-572-4649 J&L Aquatics 205A-3430 Brighton Avenue Burnaby, BC V5A 3H4 604-444-1161 King Ed Pet Centre Ltd 7377 Kingsway Burnaby, BC V3N 3B8 604-525-4955 Bill |
And if you want to venture out into the surrounding areas I would add Oceanic Corals in Aldergrove and Ocean Aquatics in Delta. Adresses etc. are on their websites.

JL Aquatics in Burnaby
Ocean Aquatics in Delta King Eds pets in New West/Burnaby Rogers Pets in Surrey Island Pets in Burnaby or Richmond These are the best as far as selection and being worth taking the time on a trip to go see, IMO, in that order. there are a few other lfs but they are more boutique and not as exciting, if that's the word... |
Thanks for the replies all. I'm sure to make a visit to a few of these places on my trip, maybe even bring a little something new home. Thanks again.
