Crab ID pls
 

been seeing molts in my tank and found this guy.

good or bad?

if you didnt add it......chances are you dont want it.......take the opportunity to relocate it to the sump or ..........dispose of it elsewhere:twised:......looks rather "box crabish"

he is real strong and real hard. really bumpy has fine hairs on him with red eyes. He is purpleish red and white.

say buhbye and put it in the sump or toilet!

mithrax crab? my emerald has gone greyish rather than green(maybe molting?) and it looks quite simular other than the colors.

if you dont want it i am sure someone with a mantis shrimp would love it.

Red eyes are a good sign the crab isn't reef-safe. Sump or squish (more humane than a live flush down the toilet).

I just put him in my rock tank i have for my spare rock.. :S
