Help on designs for 33g sump, 33g refugium

I have a 115g not drilled. I want to build a sump with refugium. I was wondering if anybody has a simualr setup as mine. I plan on using overflow boxes. What do i need to build my sump? What do i need to make the refugium effecient. If anybody has pictures or a sump setup in the lower mainland area id appreciate taking a look at it. Or does anybody have a basic schematic?

Never seen it in person, but the the pics in the link are Fantastic. If I was going to build a sump and ref, hope I could get it as nice as Dez's.

Des has a wicked setup. One thing I wish I'd done is set up the overflow so the pipes go straight down. Both Des and Evan (Eposer) did this for their sump and don't need to use baffles. I, on the other hand, used several 90 degree elbows and I have a lot of bubbles.

Quinn, my last tank went straight down and had more bubbles than Ihave now with 2 90's.
