Reef Nano Tank- Red bumps?

Just starting to cycle my 10g nano tank, and I noticed on top of one of my live rocks, it was growing red bumps..... I am also assuming that the green stringy stuff is algae?

They're foraminifera - harmless hitch hikers.

The green stuff is algae :)
