With the crash took out all what was left of the sugar sized sand and with 17000 gph flow it blew around badly. Picked up some of this http://www.jlaquatics.com/phpstore/s..._ID=cs-asfcc15 Is it good t use or should i use something else ? running full zeo so no live sand

All sand and subsrates become "live" after while.

i know that after time it also gets micro organisms but to start its had a funky bacteria thing if live sand is used

Goto petsmart, they carry a nice Caribsea 30lb bag of aragonite for $22 if I remember right. A lot lower than my price from a wholesaler, think they marked it wrong.

yeah thats where i picked up my sand yesterday i got that crushed coral for half price of j and l but was wondering if i should add smaller sand in with it or keep it all large
