Tunze ATO Pump problem
 

I have a 5017 Tunze ATO on my system and a few days ago the pump stopped pumping water into the sump. I have been using this for less than 1 year. The pump is still working but seems to not have enough pressure to move the water from the barrel to the tank (about 4 feet up). I have checked the line and there are no blockages and I soaked the pump in some vinegar and water to clean it up for 24 hours but still no change. Does anyone have any ideas here or should I just send it in for service.
