aptasia

some people have been sugesting to put a shell over the aptaisa-if not and only if you have a few , inject them with lemon juice using a hypo

Hair Algea

For you HA, get yourself tang or foxface. Rabbit foxface are really peaceful fish, not territorial as opposed to some tangs but it does a fantastic job on growing algae. Yellow tank also very good.

Aptasia - Copperbands, peppermint shrimp, berghia nudibranches or aptasia eating file fish.

HA - Mexican turbo snails, Sea Hare, scopas tang, or a rabbitfish

Ken - BWA

A small aptasia eating file fish, would be your best bet. Personally it's too much of a PITA to inject them all the time.

I had very good luck with pepermint shrimp, bought 4 and 3 survived for about a year, still have one left I have had him for almost 3 years now. They had the aptasia all cleaned up in a few weeks and I have never seen any since.
Hair algae I did the 2 mexican turbo snails from BW as Ken suggested and they are doing an excellent job.
My tank is 33 gal, very close to yours Chase.

I have an aptasia eating file fish that eats pods and brittle stars....he don't like aptasia:rolleyes:

aptasia

if you only have a few-it wouldn't pay to get berghia-if you see 20 or more then 1-2 berghia would be ok for a while-but they would starve after your aptasia is gone
