seaweed colour?
 

is there any differnce in dry seaweed you buy ?theres green/red and brown ?

the protein and fat contents the green is the highest in fat and protein

I cant remember exactly what, but "brown" seaweed contains an anti-oxidant (or something) that helps prevent lateral line erosion in tangs

My fish turned their noses up at the last green stuff I bought. They prefer the red.
