I've been in the hobby for around 7yrs,had a 55 ran a prizm on it,have a 46 bowfront,have the same skimmer works fine as long as you don't have a huge bioload,some people don't like them but they have worked for me.

+1 there no bubble king but they will do the trick for u had one on a loaded 30 gallon had no problems with it

my brother has one for sale pretty much brandnew pm me for more details
