anyone in edmonton fix tanks

I can get a 300 gallon but the side pain in broken is it worth fixing and do i need to take the whole tank appart or can i jest replace the side pain

If it has the top and bottom plastic molding you will have to take it off to get the broken pain out. If it doesn't have the molding just cut out the broken pain and replace it. Easy as pie.

use a guitar string to cut out that pain (e string)

+2 on the E string works great. You can also take out a car windshield that way too. I've replaced a few from windows I removed from the auto wreckers. Easy as pie..

there's more than just cutting out the panel. 300g on the floor, make sure you have a plan for mounting the new piece (glass prep, proper silicone, securing and cure time) .

You will also have to strip all the silicone from inside the tank to make a proper seal. Or it will not seal to the old silicone. Prep it really good.
