PEmysis Speaking of customer service....
 

I just recently recieved my latest order of a few cases of PEmysis.

Noticed that the boxes were a bit warm, and immediately put the food into my freezer. After a few days I noticed that they were not 100% solid like the rest of my frozen food, and made a call to PEmysis.

To my suprise they offered, and will be replacing my whole order "Free of Charge" without hesitation.

Now that's what I call a company that backs their products, eventhough the problems may have been caused by the shipper.

PE is a great company! I heard a rumor that they are coming out with a smaller size of mysis shrimp. Have you heard anything about this? Or could you ask your supplier? I find that their current size is a little large for smaller fish. My seahorses have a hard time with it as well.
