Aquaticlife Customer service
I purchased a t5 lighting fixture made by them about a week and a half ago. One morning one two of the bulbs were not firing. After a bit of trouble shooting i fired off an e-mail to the company about possible things that may have gone wrong.
In the mean time i had unplugged the light and let it sit for a bit. after an hour or so plugged it back in and all worked as it was supposed to. Got an e-mail back from the customer service rep about another hour after that. I told him my situation and how everything seemed to sort it's self out. He then asked me for the serial number to make sure i got the most recent fixture. He informed me that it may have just been a bulb problems and is now sending me a complete new set. I was really blown away by the fast and helpful experience with this company. I would definitely buy from them again if they stand by all of there products this way |
