how many blades on a mag 9 impeller?

Curious. A mag 7 has 4 blades and a mag 12 has 4 blades, yet my mag 9 only has 2? Seems a bit strange to me. Anyone care to confirm?

Damn, you know I never even thought of that. CRAP!!!! It was an evil hermit crab that I had banned to the sump. Even in death the little bugger screwed me over! :confused:
