can anyone tell what type of brittle star it is and if its coral safe. thanks

although i've never kept a large brittle star i do not believe they will harm corals or at least i've never heard of them doing so, i have however heard of cases where they will eat fish given the chance to grab them

how big is it though? micro brittle stars are a common hitchhiker and stay small 1" to 2" is it possible thats what it is if you got it with your coral? if so they are beneficial cleaners, i must have a hundred in my tank

well I would say its about 3 inches from one tantical to another. does anyone know how to load a pic on here.
