is it possible to have high dkh and low ph?

Is this possible that I have 16 dkh but only 7.8 ph?

I sit at 13-14 dkh and 8.0Ph during the day and 7.9 at night... I've tried everything it increase the ph but it just ends up back at 8.0. Livestock and corals do fine, so why screw with it i guess :)
