hi guys so i got a realy good deal at least i thought i got a 400 wat metal halid for 50 bucks but now i need to no if theres different spectrum balbs im not sure and the balb that came with it has a lot of yellow in it and i like a lot of white thanks

Yes, halides have different spectrums. Different bulbs run with a slightly (or sometimes dramaticly) different color though. Generally a yellow light will be 6500-10,000K. White will be right around 10,000K (although some 10,000K are quite yellow) up to about 13,000K. Bluish will be 14,000-18,000K. Blue will be 18,000-22,000K. If like a really white look go for a 12-13,000K. Most people prefer something bluish in the 13-16,000K range.
