Peppermint Shrimps always worked for me, I added 4 to my 150 to get rid of and control them.

I just added two peppermint shrimp and my nigger trigger already ate one. :twised:

Sorry to hear that, I didn't realize you had a niger trigger, I wouldn't have suggested peppermint shrimps.
I like to ask question about any livestock that I want to add to my tank. I also like to use this guide http://www.liveaquaria.com/general/c...lity_chart.cfm

I bought peppermint shrimp a couple times, first time 3, then a few months ago another 6, well I don't see them anymore. Probably food for someone.

Anyways, on glass I scrape it off and flush if possible, but otherwise I use Tailored Aquatics Aptasia Destroyer. One treatment gets rid of it, without any adverse affects to the aquarium. Now keep in mind you can only treat so many at a time, as per instructions. So if you have a ton, it may take a few days.

I love that stuff and it is cheap to buy.

I have only ever seen 2 come into my tanks in the last 3 years and I kill them using two part ALK. I load about 1ml into a syringe and stab them and squirt it inside them. They isntantly shrivel and then I watch them melt away. They don't return so it seems to work good.

I went to the store and got 2 fish that are supposed to destroy it. A yellow racoon butterfly fish and Copper and white striped fish. But they haven't done much yet.

IMO berghia nudibranchs are the way to go. They only eat aiptasia and they will reproduce in your aquarium until they have wiped out all of the aiptasia.

do you have one for sale

I agree with global design, I just used aiptasia destroyer yesterday in my tank and it killed them instantly. I highly recomand that product.
