Fire fish Addition
 

Introduced a firefish into my 55g reef about 2 weeks ago. Roommates are as follows: royal gamma, foxface, 6line wrasse, Neon blue goby, Pair of true perc's in rose anenome. the firefish is constantly hiding. I didn"t see it at all for the first week and a half and I thought it was dead. After 2 and a half weeks I see It briefly once or twice a day. What occupants in my tank would cause it to hide so much. When it does come out, none of the other fish bother it. The royal gamma and foxface are the only larger fish. Thanks

Firefish are hiders when not is schools.

If you have 2 or more they have a tendancy to be more comfortable.

Hi Ken. I didn't realize that. Do they come out more after a longer period of adjustment?

I have 5, and thy never hide,

first I had 2 as the lfs run out, and the week after the other 3

in that week the 2 -- 70% of the time where in the rock, now the 5 are not even 5% in the rock

Mine hid for a long time. Now it's out all the time.
