Hot rodding an ASM G2.
 

I have been playing with both of my ASM G2 skimmers. I have done the the mesh mod to them. It was like night and day differents. I will try the gate valve mod later. I was looking at the pump. I use a 90 fitting into the skimmer body. I removed the 90 and just stuck the pump in. straight shot into the skimmer. Just say hot rod just by this simple mod. Check it out.

The skimmer was adjust so the water level was 1.5" below the neck. Small bubbles. So I was thinking about a pump change a Sedre 9000 needle pump or one like it 3/4" inlets and outlets. Does anyone has one kicking around that I can borrow for testing?
