I don't know if you can get them anymore, but they work great. Designed for industrial applications, essentially bullet-proof.

Can be used for chiller/fans and heaters, or for dual stage heating and cooling.

New the best I saw the dual stage units for was around $119 USD (plus shipping and taxes etc...).

I will sell mine (that is in perfect condition) for $79.
