Ordered a SS 8 bulbTek from J&L and was impressed with how quickly it arrived. Only problem was when I opened the box, I was missing one V-hanger. E-mailed Jeff and he called me back to make everything right and sent me a new hanger. Great company, great service and I'll definately be using them again!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Considering the large volume of business they do, a person wouldn't expect such personal treatment but Jeff and the gang treat you as if you're thier only customer. I've had so much livestock shipped to Medicine Hat last year that the Air Canada gals know me, and I have never had a problem. I've ordered things that I would be nervous driving home from the LFS with, and they pull it off without a problem.

I live about 3Km from the store, so they are my "Local"FS, so I'm dropping in fairly often.
There are always people available to help, and their staff are knowledgeable. A nice change of pace from the "I'll have to ask the manager when we see him" that I usually get at the other stores.

It is refreshing to see that our efforts are noticed and after this holiday season it is nice to hear!
