what brand light fixture is this?

I need to order another ballast but cannot identify the brand/model this fixture is. Anyone have any ideas?

I used to have that one as well. It looks like a coralife 250w x3 mH mogul system

I vote coralife as well. You can tell by the inadequate legs, same as on my aqualight pro.

check to see if the T5 bulbs have been replaced.. if haven't, they will say Current USA on them :-)

I agree with Kien, it is the Current USA Outer Orbit, I was looking at buying this unit at one point.
