HELP!! Devils Hand not looking good!!!
 
I was hoping someone could tell me why my Devils Hand is looking not so well. It is kind of a grayish color. I know these is some sand on it from my Lunare Wassel so please not sand comments.

Leathers like this do this on a regular basis I believe for growth and to rid the outer layer of toxins and debris. They pout like this too if anything is "off" in the tank. Usually nothing to worry about and they will pout for a few days then shed their outer skin and be back to normal.:wink:

Thanks Carmen and sharuq1 (for the pm) the wife and I were worried about it. It looks amazing when it is all puffed out.

Ya mine do the same. I don't think it is even possible to kill this coral. I never even purchased one, just popped up on my LR one day, grew to the size of a football and started dropping it's tips so I traded it. Now every where a tip landed a new colony sprouted. I've ripped them off the rock and any little bit of tissue has grow. keep this in mind, cause mine is a pain now.
