Perfect dosing pump for our two part systems. Doses 1.5 ml per minute. Use an appliance timer from the hardware store to dose it for the correct number of minutes (example: dose of 30 ml, run pump for 20 minutes a day). Get one pump for calcium and one for alkalinity. Uses standard airline tubing (not included). Pumps have a 1 year warranty.

Are the dosers guaranteed to not back siphon? They come in dual, or do you need to buy two then?

Absolutely guaranteed not to back siphon, these dosers use a quad roller system as apposed to a dual roller system like the Aqua Medics etc. Two rollers are pinching the tubing at all times as compared too one in other even more expensive dosers that are available.

These pumps do not come in dual and need to be bought in pairs or even three if you also choose to dose Magnesium in this fashion. The best timers to use are the digital timers that are adjustable by the minute.

Just a side note, for those with systems of 300g or more with a large amount of SPS you may be interested in another doser we will have available that has a higher dosage rate. The smart doser would have to be run almost constantly to keep up with very large systems heavy in SPS.

Okay soooo, I guess these pumps are popular!! :mrgreen: We are sold out but have another order on the way, orders can still be made online but pumps are about a week away.

Do you have any info and pricing on the larger model that you mentioned?

I don't have much info on the up rated dosers as they have not been released yet. Keep in mind you will only need the larger doser if you have a system over 300g and heavy in SPS; otherwise, the smart pump will work fine.
