Should i remove this worm?

Just wondering if this is a bad worm to have < reef safe?>i noticed it for the first time yesterday and it scared the crap out of me .Im not sure how long it is but maybe 1/4 " wide.
i have many other worms but they are tiny compared to this guy.

That is a bristle worm, very beneficial, I would keep it.

Just dont touch it haha, they'll leave a 1000 little pricks in your finger for weeks
