My Mertensii Anemone:)
We'll i got this guy a few months back from Red Coral and he was pretty small and bleached out.
But now has gotten rather large and colored up nicely. He is now a beige tentacle with Orange tips and White strips... Here are a few pics from when i got him and then now.:) http://i468.photobucket.com/albums/r...0/PIC_0587.jpg Pic of his foot showing the typical red spot of Mertensii's http://i468.photobucket.com/albums/r...0/PIC_0586.jpg And now!!!Pic looks a little funny because of the wave box!!! http://i468.photobucket.com/albums/r...xMTctMTcwN.jpg |
Neat! I've never seen one in person. Would love to someday. Hint hint. Well OK at least maybe more pictures and a video. I know, I don't ask for much. I also want a pony.

It is looking excellent !!! Well done.
I remember when I got that shipment in; it and another came in as a white ball of goop. They stunk so bad I nearly threw them away, but I decided to do a slow drip acclimation and they seemed to respond. It took a few months but it slowly started to come back and show a little color when you spotted it and jumped on it. You have done a good job in letting it recover to the next level. I remember buying it as a Heterodactyla hemprichii. Kevin |
