LF - Lights, heater, syphon over flow

I am seting up yet again another tank, this one is tempered glass, so looking for a
- syphon over flow
- 2x 36" T5 lights or 1x 72" T5 light
- 300 watt heater
- possible canister filter for 125gall
- Wave makers/power balls

Have a sump already but need a pump or canister filter and pump to relay back to tank

On a strict budget, so looking for really good deals
