Crab ID?
 

can any one tell me what kind of crab this is, it just ate the flame scallop.

does any one have an idea what it could be? as he is in a bag right now.

There is a crab that looks very similar to yours that lives inside the flame scallop. I don't know if its a symbiotic relationship, but they usually don't seem to cause any harm to a healthy live scallop. I had one in a scallop for over a year. I don't know what its called though. Most people only notice them after a scallop has died and has been eaten.
