We at blog.fragd.it run a feature called 'The Bad Advice Guppy reads your emails'. Its a satirical piece that we use to show how bad our LFS advice can really get.

Satirical humor is a form of sarcasm but to me that would suggest you're poking fun at the people who complain about advice from LFSs or you're saying LFS advice is really good. Either way I don't think that was your intent but from a business point of view I think it would be better if you didn't refer it as comments from a LFS but simply a dumbass. LFS advice isn't always the best but certainly not that bad and I for one love my LFS and the advice is always excellent. It's funny but I don't see how mentioning LFS makes it any funnier. Just my thoughts though, I always look into things too far :mrgreen:

That is the point of sarcasm, especially when we do posts like these. Not all LFSs are bad, so we are not saying that. We are just saying that there are those which have employees who give really bad advice to people. I have overheard many times what employees have said to their customers, and each time I had to bite my tongue.

More importantly, these days I try to catch those same customers at some point in the store to offer them better advice. I hate to see people kill livestock, or purchase inferior products.

In any case, this is all in fun. We do have a fun side to us :D

I was disappointed! Here I thought they would be REAL advice overheard at LFSs (I could tell you my fair share that's for sure!). Those are just dumb (imo). I guess some people find entertainment in that...
