I was having the same problem when I was using internet explorer as my browser. Somebody suggested using mozilla firefox instead and I haven't had a problem since

Only thing I can think of to suggest is try clearing your cookies and if that doesn't work, your browser cache (temporary files, etc. - it's under "Internet Options" or some such - sorry - it's been a while since I used IE!!)
