Vertical mounting monti cap
 

Anyone ever mount monti caps verticaly on thier glass? I have an old cleaning magnet I just mounted(with two layers of epoxy and crazyglue gel between layers) a large piece on, placed on side wall of tank, and am wondering if it will plate horizontally. Either from the center of the colony or the edges?

I've seen vertically mounted montis. They will plate based on the flow of your tank, it seems to me.
