A sea hare eats an enormous amount of hair algae and is eating all the time.
It would starve in your tank in a couple of days.

Thanks for your info. My fishes and Inverts won't touch those algae, and I try to stop more growing. I don't want to use chemical, if I don't have to.

FYI, diatoms are not red slime algae. Red slime algae is actually cyanobacteria. There are more natural ways to get rid of it (like using a couple Zeo products, or by keeping up on your husbandry better) so you can avoid chemicals. Be aware that most or all of the chemical treatments for red slime algae will also damage your population of nitrifying bacteria.

I thought, that is cyano, but I checked this, and it looks like first diatoms. http://www.saltcorner.com/sections/g.../algaepage.htm
anyway I will try zeo product and change the water movement. The place cyano is at kind of dead zone.
Thank you
