Big Al's has DT's
 

Hi-

I picked up a bottle today. They keep it in a fridge up front- they said they've had it for about a week and a half.

Now, I have a question. It says on the bottle that some smell is normal, but when it goes bad it's putrid. So when I open mine up, I can't smell anything right away, but when I put my nose right up to it, it's a bit raunchy. Anybody have experience with this? The bottle says best before Nov. 03.

I have never noticed any really bad smell from DT's even if I stick my nose in it. try pouring some in a cup and see if it is still rank

Hmm glad I only wasted 12.95 instead of buying a big bottle. Grrr.

I would take it back. DT's sure wouldn't want there product represented in that way. I don't think I've ever bought anything from Big Al's. I know for sure I've never bought live stock

The DT's you've bought has fouled. The stuff is not unlike milk, if it has a smell, then it has gone sour and is no longer viable.

They probably had it dry shipped or maybe it was left out overnight or something like that.
