i got ants in my tank

ok i dont think there is ants in my reef tank. in the sandbed there is a bunch of little of mounds of sand that look like ant hills. any idea on what this could be ? hope it nuthing bad

Its the worms, they push the gunk up ..

what type of worms ? are they bad ? how do i get rid of them if they are?

I hope you don't have a wooden tank, those carpenter ants can be real bastages.
