propagating zoas

I'm new to fragging and have a zoa covered rock that I want to frag up. Just wondering how to get the zoas off the rock with out killing them. Any personal experience would be appreciated.

Hey Jason, what zoa's are you fragging? It's not difficult to frag them. This might be helpful http://www.zoaid.com/articles003.php
