It looks like a peppermint not a camel, camels have a kind of distinct "hump"

Actually, if you read the discussion closely they are talking about two different species of peppermint shrimp. The only mention of camel shrimp is at the very beginning where they talk about the "pronounced hump". Yours does NOT have the hump, therefore it is a peppermint.

Mine does, haven't seen any apitasia since adding it to the tank, it was all gone within a couple weeks, each night a little more would disappear.

Also eats mysis shrimp, flakes, pellets, pretty much anything that it can grab before the fish.
