Toronto concert

Anyone else watch the concert on the goverment network.

I thought there were some great sets. Been a Stones fan, since the late 60,s. Pretty good for a bunch of almost senior citizens.

The Guess Who were good also. Man has Randy lost weight.

BUT, I had to say, even for this ole fart, the highlight was AC-DC. They can still bring it and by far, the best performance I seen last night.

Yes I watched it on Much More Music and all I can say is for a bunch of 60 some year olds they can still rock! WOW and did you see the 500,000 people there!! (and well some of those nice girls lost there tops  )

I am sure a good time all-round.

Concert

Well being from the maritimes,I decided to go to the concert in Toronto. It was a quick flight up and back the next day deal,as i'm not a real big fan of Toronto, plus bucks were tight as i just got back from Las Vegas.Actually seen Fleetwood Mac in vegas. It was my 11th time seeing the stones. My 3rd time seeing AC/DC.IT WAS AWESOME.

I've seen about 150 concerts. It was the largestest crowd that i've ever seen,or been in.I've seen the Greatful Dead,at there last concert and the biggest crowd at that show was 140 thousand, and i thought that was crazy
I'm just glad there wasn't any big trouble, everyone had a rockin time. With a few hoots and a few beer it was AWESOME,Oh and the ladies were MIGHTY FINE

Yea, I noticed during the AC-DC set, there was a little extra skin on show. :crazyeye:

Pluff, yer pretty lucky. I have always wanted to see the Stones live. Alas, guess it may be the wheelchair race in the home.

Doug, I had you pegged more as a Waylon and Willie kind of guy but then again, I'm a Waylon and Willie guy and I still love the Stones so it's all good.

:shocked!: :shocked!: :shocked!: No way.

I loved all the late 60,s stuff, drove around Calgary with Grand Funk Railroad, blaring on my 8-track, {with a reverb}, in the 70,s.

I have always liked the more heavy rock, like AC-DC, . My vehicles always had good sound systems, {course my kids loved that when they took them}.

But I also like Johnny Cash. And can I say Celine Dion.
