Mangroves
 

I'm looking at ordering a bunch of mangroves from Ebay. Anyone want any of the extras, if there are any. I figure I need 10-15 myself and most auctions have 15-30 available.

Any idea what the price would be roughly? I'd probably take 4 or 5 off your hands if you need to get rid of some extras.

Tentatively each pod, as I don't want anything with roots or leaves, is coming to under $5. Although I've seen as low as $2.75.

Sounds good, count me in for a few extras if there are any.

So I'm just waiting back for details on how they are currently being stored, and shipping. I'll post up here once I have answers.

If they are from overseas (not USA) you might be taking a chance on them being seized at the border without a phytosanitary certificate and permit.
There was a seller offering the paperwork for extra $.

They're all from the US, and so far its looking like $20 for shipping give or take a dollar or two. I just have to find a suitable container for myself and I'll be placing the order later this week.

Hey Catherine you might need a agricultral import license for this. I use import lotus bulbs and I had to get one

I'm passing on ordering these right now. I've opted instead to purchase a skimmer!
