Beauty even in Death

People NEVER post pics of dead corals especially after a total loss. Takes courage I imagine! Thanks for showing us...I for one haven't seen pics like these too often. They still look beautiful.

^I have a feeling that if I ever get into SPS I'll likely have a small collection of dead coral skeletons gracing my mantle. :lol:

I started collecting a few... but then I changed my mind and turned them into calcium reactor media.

Those do look kind of neat. My seahorses would love them as hitching posts!

It is sad, but yes they are still beautiful! I just bought a couple dead pieces to get my GSP to grow on. I think it will look cool.
