Fixing badly overexposed image

Hey folks,

Need some help from photoshop users :)

Took a picture of the data plate on the new RV we're going to pickup in the next couple weeks... But in the dark taking a picture of a white paper, the camera apparently badly overexposed that image... On the LCD of course it looked like it was probably ledgible...

Get home - nope, nothing seeing... Played around in photoshop - and I can get some of the larger text (ie big serial number) to appear ledgible, but the smaller print is still just grey fuzz on a brilliant white background. Largely I've just been playing with smart sharpen & sunshine/shadows...

Is there a better way? I'd really like to get the weight off this image to make sure the new truck I'm buying to haul this camper is big enough :D

Thanks in advance,

Andy
