DE is HQI. HQI is just Giesemann's "brand name" for DE, although most people use "HQI" for anything DE'd. :) Do you mean you would consider magnetic ballasts? Sorry, I'm picking on you.

No problem, I'm guessing everyone that would own an HQI or DE Pendant knew exactly what i am talking about anyway. I would consider magnetic like the PFO m80 , i'd just very much prefer electronic ballasts.
